Preorder Policy

Thank you for choosing to preorder with us! We aim to make your experience smooth and enjoyable. Here are some important details regarding our preorder process:

  • Availability: Our items are available for pre-order, and we anticipate shipping within 4 to 6 weeks from the date of payment.

  • Estimated Timeframe: Please note that the shipping timeframe provided is an estimate, and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Order Changes: Once the 14-day deadline following payment has elapsed, orders cannot be canceled until you have received the product. At that point, our standard return and exchange policies will apply.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work hard to ensure the quality and timely delivery of our products to you.

Shipping Policy

For Orders Outside the European Union:

  • Please be aware that if you place an order outside the European Union, customs fees may apply.

Customs Fees for Metropolitan France or the European Union (excluding Switzerland and the United Kingdom):

  • No customs fees are required for orders placed in Metropolitan France or the European Union (excluding Switzerland and the United Kingdom).

Customs Fees for Other Countries:

  • Customers from other countries may be subject to custom fees, import fees, and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the client and will not be reimbursed by us.

Refusal of Shipments:

  • If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any original postage cost, duties, taxes, and/or customs charges incurred on the package.

All our packages are shipped via La Poste for France and the European Union, and by DHL for the rest of the world.

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here's what you need to know about our refund policy:

  • Return Window: We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Initiating a Return: To start a return, please email us at contact@olnikof.com with pictures of your package, the piece, and the reason for your return.

  • Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue.

  • Exceptions: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  • Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • Preorders: Preorders are considered custom products and personalized for you. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for them. Please contact us for further assistance.

  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
